Last night Kris and I caught part of the 1984 movie “Gremlins” on Sci-Fi. We were debating whether or not the movie was appropriate for Nolan when we got to the part where Phoebe Cates’ character tells the horrible story of how her father died on Christmas Eve. He broke his neck trying to slide down the chimney of her family’s home in the Santa suit.
“That’s how I learned there was no Santa Claus,” she said.
Well, I guess that settles that debate…
