Garcia’s may have closed, but those of us on the restaurant’s e-mail list are still getting updates from owner Rick Lamparelli. This morning’s e-mail blast was just to let us know that he’d be preparing one of his signature dishes at a Clifton Park restaurant, Salsaritas, this Friday.
